The outcome of boredom. Photographs had been taken with my digital camera. Regular visitors may recognise the little puppy as “Sotong”. (more details?) The pink piglet is a new stuffed animal purchased from First World Plaza during my family vacation two weeks back, proudly named K.J.

It was early this morning at around 1:15am and as usual, I stayed up late, working in front of the computer. I was packing up everything and was getting ready to turn in when I glanced out of the window. What I saw outside wasn’t an illusion. It was real. There was this strange object with five blinking lights moving around in circles in the distance, and it certainly does not look like an aeroplane. The usual aeroplanes I see would move in a horizontal direction and it would only have two white lights at the most This particular object had three white and two bright red lights, some of which were continuously flickering away. I panicked immediately and called Keisha to come and take a look. She was shocked at what she saw as well.
Did anyone see anything similar at 1:15am last night? Especially those people who live in the East Coast area. I am not sure what that object was, but Keisha and I jumped into the conclusion that what we saw was a real life UFO. No aeroplane would travel around in such a perculiar path for no particular reason. It is definitely not a fighter jet as well, as the size of that “object” was a little too big to be an Air Force jet or even a commercial aeroplane.
So what on earth is it??
It is a huge pity that I didn’t have my camera with me at that moment otherwise I would be standing out at my balcony, busily snapping away. What was mentioned above definitely doesn’t sound believable, but I missed the one and only chance to prove what I saw by not taking any snapshots of it.
Now don’t mention that UFOs don’t exist as it hasn’t been scientifically proven yet. There may be a parallel universe out there for all we know, only that it hasn’t been discovered yet. Other than that, there may also be even more high technologically powered worlds out there in the many large galaxies which surround us. If a parellel universe really exists, I would really wonder if there would be yet another Brenda Tan sitting in front of her computer and typing furiously out there…
Or maybe I am just hallucinating… I need some sleep…
I remember the days, I remember the place
Cos I wish you were mine just a moment in time
Say my name in the night, and to you, it seems right
Cos’ into your arms I fall
You decided to live just as long as I breathe
On my very last try don’t you tell me goodbye
I remember the place, I remember the days
The best time of my life
CHORUS:
I call the spirit of yesterday, spirit of yesterday
I fall into your arms again, into your arms one day
(repeat 2x)
I’m recalling the days, I recall the right place
Cos I wish you were here to be my atmosphere
Paint my name in the sky, angel wings take it high
Cos’ into your arms I fall
You were just made to ease and for now I say please
It’s my message to you, It’s the last rendez-vous
I remember the place, I remember the days
The best time of my life
Nice song, with a lovely tune and meaningful lyrics. I was hooked on this song right from the very first time I heard it on WKRZ 91.3 FM. For some reason though, the club version of this song seems abstoundingly similar to the style of Groove Coverage (another music artiste). It was extremely nice of DJ Jason Chow of WKRZ 91.3FM to send me a copy of the mp3 when I emailed him to request for the lyrics. It was completely unexpected, considering the hectic lives that radio deejays lead.
Well, I lead a relatively hectic life as well. At the moment, I am still studying for the promotional exams, cramming millions of facts at 1 hundred words per second. Yes, this is pure exaggeration, but this reflects my currently exasperated mood. Give me strength, only four more days to go… Will I make it?
