I have lots of gas today, coming out in all directions. (Oops, bet ya didn't need to know that.)

Believes she was born with her foot in her mouth, and sprouts the most random nonsense. Has egoistical tendencies, sticks by her principles, extremely hard-headed and a tongue of venom (when provoked). Otherwise, she's a harmless little fart. Really. Easily bribed with Starbucks' hot chocolate and colourful balloons.

TitleLantern (Mooncake) Festival 2003

Good grief, it is 12:10am now, which means that I have been officially online for close to 5 hours. This explains why my head feels so tense, probably due to too much radiation, as well as all the undue stress on my eyes from the constant brightness from the computer screen. One safety precaution I can take in the future when using the computer for long periods of time is to put on extra strong sunglasses to shield my sensitive eyes from the strong glare.

It was the mooncake festival yesterday, which incidentally fell on the September 11th. Gen and I went down for a walk not long ago, hoping to catch the glimpse of the many little neighbourhood children parade their lanterns around. However, we were dismayed to find that there were none. Other than the few families who held little gatherings in the garden outside their homes, the whole place was literally deserted. Where is all the youthful spirit? In the past years, little children used to clog the walk paths with their happy laughter and the music wafting from their various laterns. This year, there were almost none.

Captured a few photographs from the walk. The first one shows the lanterns hanging in the garden outside one of my neighbour’s home and the second one shows the one and only group of children strolling around with lanterns.

On a lighter note, I managed to complete part of my Physics revision today, despite the fact that I fell asleep whilst studying for almost an hour. Accomplishing a bit of revision is better than none. There are only three more days of the September holidays to go, which means that my newly-found freedom is coming to an end. After that, the endless piles of schoolwork would come raining on me again. :(

Anyway, I gave a redesign to L-W Designs to give it a more professional touch as the previous one was a little too plain. Talk about wasting my time away… Sigh…

TitleHousekeeping Matters…

Apparently, my webhosting account has been suspended due to the overwhelming number of CGI files on the webserver, all thanks to the huge number of Greymatter archives which is entirely based on CGI. Thus, I am driven to the extent of uninstalling Greymatter and installing B2 on the system.

Sadly, a number of my hostees will also have to go. To be exact, I have to remove four of them. However, I would like to extend my greatest thanks to Yining who has agreed to provide a space for them on her domain.

This is just a test post, so please bear with me for a while. Everything will soon be back up. I promise :)
